Magnus Persson

Magnus Persson currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer at evroc, focusing on building a secure, sovereign, and sustainable hyperscale cloud to redefine the digital future of Europe. Previously, Magnus held the roles of EVP and CFO at Skanska from February 2018 to September 2024, as well as CFO for Skanska Sweden from May 2016 to September 2024, overseeing one of Sweden's leading construction firms. Magnus’s extensive career at Skanska AB from 2006 to 2016 included positions such as Senior Vice President of Investor Relations and Group Manager of Corporate Finance, with responsibilities in M&A and establishing an in-house research team. Academic credentials include a Ph.D. from Uppsala University specializing in quantitative modeling and a Master's degree in Finance/International Business from the same institution. Magnus also worked as a consultant for IM-Gruppen, advising governmental bodies on R&D activities and regional business dynamics in Sweden.
