EVROFIN International s.r.o. was founded on September 23, 1993, and has specialized in services related to the sale and servicing of postal technologies and technologies related to document processing and circulation in businesses and government institutions since its inception. This primarily includes the assembly and packaging of outgoing shipments, monitoring and control of the secure and proper preparation of shipments for distribution, including postage stamping. Document processing also involves technologies for mail tracking and incoming mail processing, archiving, and the lawful disposal of documents.

Currently, EVROFIN is a direct representative of several leading global manufacturers, making it a specialist in providing technologies for document processing suitable for almost every company. It also supplies technologies for the E-commerce segment and software technologies for the Customer Communications Management (CCM) segment. EVROFIN International s.r.o. holds ISO 9001:2008 and ISO 27001:2005 certificates.

One of the key activities of EVROFIN is the exclusive representation of the global company Quadient in the Czech Republic, Slovakia, and Hungary. Thanks to Quadient and its activities in the field of digital customer communication, our services expand into new software solutions for document processing and management, enhancing their communication value, specifically into the area of CCM and Output Document Management.

The company is divided into two divisions - Digital & Technology. In the Czech Republic, EVROFIN also has a Services Division - Commercial Registry. The EVROFIN portfolio covers the entire document lifecycle, from generation and distribution on one side to archiving, digitalization, and disposal on the other."
