Ryan Grady, PE, MBA, is a dynamic power delivery leader with over 15 years of electric utility experience, specializing in transmission and distribution design, maintenance, construction, and project management. Currently, Ryan serves as the Director of Transmission at EVS, Inc., where they develop and implement strategic visions for the Transmission Line Engineering team. Prior to this, Ryan held various management roles at FirstEnergy, including Manager of Transmission Line Services and Manager of Transmission Line Maintenance, overseeing significant capital projects and enhancing transmission line reliability. Ryan earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from The University of Akron and a Master of Business Administration from Walsh University.
