Your hiring managers are interviewing 10 candidates to hire 1.

The other 9 interviews were wasted. The shortlist was built on gut feel. And the manager who made the call had no evidence to show anyone.

EvueMe AI fixes the first round.

Avi, our Digital Human AI Recruiter, conducts structured, competency-based video interviews with every candidate 24x7, in 10+ languages, on any mobile browser, no app download. Each response is scored against the role's actual competencies. Every score links to the recorded answer that produced it.

Your managers receive a ranked shortlist with video evidence and AI-generated probe questions for the final round. They meet the top 2 or 3. They arrive with an agenda, not a blank page.

The first conversation a hiring manager has with a shortlisted candidate is not an assessment. It is a decision.

Deployed across 100+ organisations including CKA Birla Group (4th consecutive year) and MakeMyTrip (2nd consecutive year).

Not a chatbot. Not a voice bot. Not a one-way video recorder. A Digital Human that conducts a real structured interview and gives your panel evidence they can act on without question.
