Tom Richardson has a diverse work experience in the IT and business industry. Tom started their career in 1995 as a Systems Analyst and Application Developer at American Electric Power, where they gained valuable experience in IT and application development. During their time at AEP, they worked on a project team that built a proprietary Call Center application and gained knowledge in call center flows, processes, and customer service. In 1998, they joined Relational Technology Solutions as a National Account Executive and stayed with the company until 2012. In 2012, they became the President of iQ Solutions Group (iQSG), where they served until 2019. Currently, they are the President of Evunited.
