William Lai

William Lai has a diverse work experience in project management, customer success, service operations, and operations management. William currently holds the position of Director, Project Management and Customer Success at EVYD Technology, a role they started in July 2023. Prior to that, they served as the Service Operation Director at the same company from December 2021 to June 2023. Before joining EVYD Technology, William was associated with BAG Networks Sdn Bhd (now Dynamik Technologies) for a decade. During their tenure at BAG Networks Sdn Bhd, they held multiple roles including Head Of Operations from June 2019 to December 2021, Assistant Head of Operation from November 2017 to May 2019, and Service Manager from November 2011 to October 2017.

William Lai completed a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Mathematics from Universiti Brunei Darussalam between 2002 and 2007.
