EVZ
Ted Suihkonen is an experienced professional in player development and analytics, currently serving as the Head of Development at EVZ since May 2022. As the Owner of Neuro Hockey since 2006, Ted focuses on athlete development from the NHL to youth levels. Previously, Ted held roles including Hockey Player Development Consultant at 4sports&Entertainment, Director of Player Development/Skills Coach at HC Lokomotiv, and Player Development Skills Coach at Ambri Piotta. Ted's expertise also includes serving as Sport Manager for Lørenskog Ishockey Klubb and Head Coach for IK Comet. Additionally, Ted contributed as Assistant Coach for the U20 National Team and has held coaching positions in various hockey clubs. Ted's educational background includes an Elite Trainer degree from Svenska Ishockeyförbundet and a Level 5 coaching certification from USA Hockey.

Der EVZ ist der grösste Eishockeyklub der Zentralschweiz und darüber hinaus ein innovatives Sportunternehmen mit rund 120 Festangestellten und 520 Teilzeitmitarbeiter in den Bereichen Sport, Management, Nachwuchs und Gastronomie. Mit 14 Nachwuchsmannschaften und dem hauseigenen Ausbildungskonzept «The Hockey Academy» setzt der EVZ auf nachhaltige und langfristige Jugendförderung. Die 1. Mannschaft des EVZ spielt seit 1987 ununterbrochen in der höchsten Schweizer Liga und wurde 1998 erstmals Schweizer Meister, gewann 2019 den Swiss Ice Hockey Cup. In den Saisons 2021 sowie 2022 holte der EVZ den Schweizer Meistertitel en suite.
