Asma Alsayed

Asma Alsayed is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in digital innovation and project management. Currently serving as Chief IT Projects at the Electricity and Water Authority in Bahrain since November 2023, Asma previously held key roles at Bahrain Islamic Bank as Digital Innovation Leader and Manager of e-Banking from December 2015 to March 2021. Prior experience includes Senior Product Manager and Product Marketing Manager at Batelco from June 2006 to November 2015, along with a role as Internet Helpdesk Analyst. Asma holds a B.Sc. in Business Information Systems from the University of Bahrain and has furthered education with a Fintech Certificate from Georgetown University and a User Experience Design Certificate from General Assembly.
