Michael E. W. is a Chartered Professional Mechanical Engineer and Project Manager with extensive experience in both thermal and renewable energy sectors. Currently serving as the Director of Private Production Plants and Projects at the Electricity and Water Authority in Bahrain, they have previously held key roles at companies such as AFRY and SNC-Lavalin, managing diverse engineering teams and projects across the globe. Michael has also contributed significantly to project development for coal, gas, and renewables, acting as a Lenders' Engineer and a project manager for various power generation projects. They hold a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Auckland and are pursuing further studies in the field.
