Ewan Mhee Management Group provides Fractional CTO leadership to growing businesses that need clarity, structure, and experienced direction on technology without committing to a full-time technology executive.

As organizations grow, technology decisions become more complex and more consequential. Systems accumulate, vendors multiply, and leadership is often left managing risk and inefficiency without a clear framework for making sound decisions.

Most businesses do not struggle with technology itself.
They struggle with clarity.

Without clarity, technology becomes friction or distraction rather than a strategic asset.

We partner directly with CEOs and executive teams to bring discipline and alignment to technology decisions, ensuring systems, platforms, and investments support business goals. Our role is to provide trusted technology leadership that enables confident decision-making and sustainable growth.

Our approach is vendor-neutral and outcome-driven. We help organizations simplify technology environments, reduce operational friction, improve visibility across performance and risk, and evaluate capabilities such as AI and automation only where they deliver practical business value.

Engagements typically begin with a Business Efficiency Diagnostic, a complimentary 30-minute conversation to understand the business and identify areas of inefficiency or risk. Where appropriate, this is followed by a Business Efficiency Assessment that provides clear visibility, priority gaps, and a practical action plan. Many clients then engage in an ongoing Fractional CTO partnership for continued leadership as the business evolves.

Ewan Mhee works best with growing small businesses, particularly professional service firms, where leadership teams are non-technical, stakes are high, and technology must be treated as a strategic responsibility.

We are not a managed service provider, and we do not sell software.
We provide technology leadership, clarity, and accountability.
