Tulika Mitra

Tulika Mitra has had a varied work experience. Tulika began their career in 2009 as a Zonal HR Senior Executive at Fino Payments Bank Ltd. In 2011, they took on the role of Content Editor at Freelance / Content writer. In 2013, they worked as an Editorial Analyst at Accenture, and also took on the role of Research Transcriptionist at Freelance Research transcriptionist. In 2014, they became Human Resources Team Lead at Magna Infotech - A Quess Company. In 2015, they were Senior HR Manager at Kredent Group. Since 2018, they have been working at eWay Corp, where they have held the roles of Assistant Vice President, General Manager, and Associate General Manager.

Tulika Mitra is currently enrolled in the Advanced Human Resource Management Programme for HR Leaders at the Indian Institute of Management, Indore. In 2020, they obtained a Certificate in Developing Yourself as a Leader from Harvard Business School. Tulika also holds a Therapeutic Art Life Coach certification from Transformation Academy. In 2011, they completed their Executive MBA in HR from INDIAN SCHOOL OF BUSINESS MANAGEMENT AND ADMINISTRATION. In 2021, they obtained a Six Sigma Yellow Belt certification from 6sigmastudy - The global certification body for six sigma certifications. In 2022, they obtained a Certified Scrum Product Owner® (CSPO®) certification from Scrum Alliance. In 2020, they obtained an AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner certification from Amazon Web Services (AWS).
