Herke Eilers

Herke Eilers has extensive experience in human resources at EWE AG, serving as HR Business Partner and Personalmanager since May 2016, following roles as a trainee and student employee. Prior to this, Herke Eilers worked at EWE NETZ GmbH and Autohaus Rosier GmbH & Co. KG, gaining valuable insights and skills in the automotive and energy sectors. Academic qualifications include a Master’s degree in Wirtschaftswissenschaften from Carl von Ossietzky University of Oldenburg and a Master’s in Business Process Control and Supply Chain Management from Linnaeus University, complemented by a Bachelor’s degree in Wirtschaftswissenschaften from the same university.
