Starting a career as a trainee at Hermes Germany GmbH, Stefan progressed to various managerial roles, notably serving as Kaufmännischer Leiter at both Autohaus Werner Hilgen GmbH & Co. KG and CTS Spedition GmbH, and as Fleetmanager at JACOBS DOUWE EGBERTS and Convivo Unternehmensgruppe.
