Luke Sumner

Luke Sumner is the Director of Integrated Planning at Emirates Water & Electric Company, where they currently focus on energy and water market planning and analysis. Previously, Luke served as the Manager of Market Insight & Competitor Analysis at Origin Energy from 2009 to 2015, and as the Manager of Reliability & Operability Forecasting at the Australian Energy Market Operator from 2015 to 2020. Luke holds a Master’s degree from the University of Oxford and has completed A Levels and GCSEs at Ampleforth College and Ramsey Grammar School, respectively. They have experience working across Europe, Asia-Pacific, and the Middle East.
