Lars Søndergaard is a strategic and outgoing executive currently serving as the CFO and member of the corporate management team at EWII. With extensive experience in finance transformation and change management, Lars has previously held leadership roles as CFO at Mondo A/S and Danware A/S, among others. They have also contributed to academia as an external lecturer at the University of Southern Denmark and Copenhagen Business School. Lars holds a Cand. Oecon from Aarhus University and an MBA from Cranfield School of Management, complemented by various executive education programs globally.
