Pankaj Bhanot has extensive work experience in various leadership and management roles. Most recently, they held the position of Chief Executive Officer at eWorld Enterprise Solutions, Inc. Pankaj has also worked as a Principal Consultant at Lotus Public Consulting. Prior to that, they served in multiple roles at the State of Hawaii Department of Human Services, including Director, Deputy Director, and Benefit, Employment, and Support Services Division Administrator. Pankaj also worked at Kauai Economic Opportunity, Inc. as a Family Development Director. Throughout their career, Pankaj has demonstrated expertise in managing operations, rebuilding workforces, developing and implementing programs, and providing leadership in self-sufficiency and economic assistance initiatives.

Pankaj Bhanot pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science (Honors) from Hindu College, University of Delhi from 1983 to 1986. Afterwards, from 1987 to 1990, they attended Delhi University where they obtained an LL.B. degree in Law. Following this, Pankaj enrolled at Cornell Law School for the year 1990-1991, where they pursued an LL.M. degree in Law. Pankaj then pursued a Post Graduate Research program in Public International Law at the University of Nottingham from 1993 to 1997. Finally, from 2013 to 2019, Pankaj participated in The Technology and Entrepreneurship Center at Harvard School of Engineering and Applied Sciences' program called The Health and Human Services Summit, where they undertook studies in an unspecified field.
