Felicity Fast is a seasoned policy leader with expertise in government relations and public affairs. Felicity served as the Director of Family Violence and Mental Health at the Department of Justice and Community Safety, Victoria, where they led strategic reforms and managed key projects following major royal commissions. Currently, Felicity is the Head of Public Affairs at the Energy and Water Ombudsman (Victoria) and continues to develop their legal skills through the Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice at The College of Law Australia. Their educational background includes dual Bachelor’s degrees in Arts and Laws from Monash University.
