Dick Lyles

Dick Lyles possesses extensive experience in leadership and entertainment, currently hosting "The Catholic Business Hour" on EWTN since 2009 and serving as the co-founder of The Genesis Initiative since 2008, which supports Catholic entertainment. As the Chief Executive Officer of Origin Entertainment since 2007, Dick focuses on producing transformative films that convey positive messages. In addition, Dick leads Leadership Legacies, LLC, which has developed a leadership program benefiting over 1,000 Catholic priests nationwide. Previous roles include CEO of Relevant Radio and President and COO of The Ken Blanchard Companies, where significant growth was achieved. Educational background includes degrees from the United States Naval Academy, California Western University, and USIU San Diego, emphasizing engineering, business administration, and organizational psychology.
