Matthew Leonard

Matthew Leonard serves as the Director of Mission Advancement Services at EWTN since September 2021, overseeing all personnel involved in fundraising solicitation support, including donation processing and donor correspondence. Previously, Matthew held various management roles at Ricoh USA, Inc. from July 2008 to September 2021, including Field Implementation Manager and Field Operations Manager, where responsibilities included ensuring service delivery compliance and enhancing customer satisfaction. Earlier experience includes positions at IKON Office Solutions, where Matthew managed operations at multiple law firm sites and conducted pre-sales analysis for document environment solutions. Matthew's educational background includes studies at Birmingham Southern College and Troy University.
