Daniel Furter

Daniel Furter is the founder and owner of Green Zone Coaching by Daniel Furter, a role started in January 2025. Currently serving as Project Lead for Strategy and Transformation at ewz since July 2019, Daniel Furter leads strategic HR projects that enhance the organization's culture and leadership. Previous experience includes Head of HR at basefit.ch AG, where responsibilities encompassed HR processes and budget management, and project leader at Stiftung Züriwerk Projekte, focusing on personnel processes and systems. An educational background in human resources leadership and organizational psychology includes degrees from HWZ University of Applied Sciences and ZHAW Zurich University of Applied Sciences, along with prior roles in various HR capacities and personal development settings.
