Florian Plöchinger

Florian Plöchinger is currently the Leiter Betrieb & Instandhaltung Netz at ewz, a role they have held since 2026. They also serve as the Geschäftsführer of their own IT agency, Plöchinger-IT, since 2023. Florian has a solid background in electrical and electronics engineering, having earned multiple diplomas from Höhere Fachschule Uster, including management science and operations management. Previously, they gained valuable experience at ewz from 2015 to 2019 as an Instandhalter / Schutztechniker and held various roles before moving up to leadership positions. Florian's military training at the Schweizer Armee, including the Offiziersschule, further complements their technical expertise.
