Michael B.

Michael B. is a seasoned professional in the telecommunications industry with extensive experience in IT systems operation and development. Since April 2008, Michael has held various leadership positions at ewz, including Business Engineer Telecom, Head of Telecom Applications, and Head of Telecom Networks & Systems, overseeing the operation and development of OSS/BSS systems. Prior to ewz, Michael worked at UPC Schweiz GmbH as an OSS and Ticketing Engineer, where responsibilities included implementing and managing a Remedy-based ticketing solution. Earlier roles at Siemens Schweiz AG encompassed product management and software engineering for telecommunication applications.
