Michael Sigel

Michael Sigel has extensive experience in project management and service design, currently serving as Projektleiter Service Design at ewz since November 2014. In this role, responsibilities include leading initiatives, acting as a Scrum Master, and optimizing CRM processes while integrating online applications with backend systems such as SAP. Prior to ewz, Michael held the position of Project Manager at UBS from September 2010 to October 2014, focusing on project management, training, and support. Additional experience includes roles at SWICA Organisation de Santé, Sunrise, Dimminaco, Panalpina, and CIBA Vision, encompassing areas such as insurance technology, production engineering, quality assurance, and customer service. Michael holds a Dipl. Betriebswirtschafter HF in Business Administration from SIB Swiss Institute for Business Administration and a Kaufmännischer Angestellter degree from Wirtschaftsschule KV Winterthur.
