Philippe Heinzer

Philippe Heinzer is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the energy sector, currently serving as Leiter Energie at ewz since July 2021, where responsibilities include cross-technology electricity production and optimization in Switzerland and abroad. Prior to ewz, Philippe held various leadership roles at SBB CFF FFS from January 2012 to June 2021, including Bereichsleiter Fahrstrom, overseeing expansion and renewal projects for the rail network, and Gesamtprojektleiter Unternehmensentwicklung, developing and implementing process-oriented infrastructure strategies. Earlier experience includes serving as Assistent CEO at Resun AG, a project development company targeting nuclear power plant realization. Philippe Heinzer holds a Master of Science in Management, Technology, and Economics from ETH Zürich, a Diploma of Advanced Studies in General Management from the University of St. Gallen, and a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology and Electrical Engineering from ETH Zürich.
