Stefanie Steiner

Stefanie Steiner is currently the Leiterin of ewz.young, where they are involved in youth development initiatives. Previously, they served as a Berufsbildnerin at Geberit, managing 23 learners and interns, and played a key role in their recruitment and development from onboarding to exit. Prior to that, they worked at TUI Service AG in various HR-related roles, including Personalentwicklung and HR Business Partner. Stefanie holds a CAS in youth mentoring and a diploma in business administration with a focus on human resources from AKAD University.
