Shai Ethan

Shai Ethan is a seasoned data professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple companies. Currently serving as the Data Team Lead at EX.CO, Shai manages a team of data engineers and oversees data pipelines for reporting and data services. Previously, as Director of Data Strategy at Skai, Shai defined data strategies aligned with business objectives. Experience as Chief Data Officer Technologies at Migdal Group involved designing advanced data architectures, while the role of Head of BI & Big Data at Cal (Israel Credit Cards) encompassed overseeing BI and Big Data activities to leverage data for business advantage. Earlier positions included BI Development Manager at Teva Pharmaceuticals and various roles focusing on ETL processes and BI project management. Shai holds dual Bachelor of Business Administration degrees in Business Administration and Information Technology from the College of Management.
