Chaim Elbaum has extensive experience in technology and project management, currently serving as a Customer Solutions Manager at Ex Libris since February 2012, where responsibilities include leading the migration operations team and acting as a migration expert. Previous roles at Ex Libris include Migrations Operations Manager and Business Data Analyst for the Alma Migration Team. Prior to joining Ex Libris, Chaim worked at GAV Systems from May 2009 to February 2012 as an Information System Analyst and Project Manager, as well as Help Desk Manager, overseeing a support team and managing various IT projects. Chaim's career began at the Jerusalem College of Technology from November 2005 to May 2009, where leadership was demonstrated as E-Learning Center Team Leader and head of the Computer Center Helpdesk Staff. Chaim holds an Engineer’s Degree and a B.Sc in Industrial Engineering and Management from the Jerusalem College of Technology.
