Donna Smith

Donna Smith is an experienced Project Manager and Implementation Consultant with a robust background in library and information science. Currently serving as a Project Manager at Ex Libris Group since 2011, Donna has previously held positions at ExLibris USA and Endeavor Information Systems, where expertise included managing projects related to Primo, Alma, and Voyager products, as well as providing training on these systems. Prior to that, Donna was the Director of the library and instructional technology at Kankakee Community College from 2000 to 2011. Education credentials include a Master of Library & Information Science from the University of Missouri, an MFA in Library and Informational Sciences, and a Bachelor of Science in Applied Computer Science and Library Science from Illinois State University. Additionally, Donna holds a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
