Dudi Lavi

Dudi Lavi is an accomplished leader in cloud services and operations with extensive experience in customer care, professional services, and technology management. Currently serving as Senior Director of Cloud Services and Operations at Ex Libris since November 2018, Dudi oversees 24x7 service teams and the Cloud Project Management Office, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Previously, Dudi held significant roles at Nubo Software as VP of Customer Care, at ECI Telecom as AVP of Global Presales, and at Radware as Senior Director of Customer Care and R&D. Dudi’s career also includes leadership positions at Allot Communications, Avaya, and Gilat Satellite Networks, alongside degrees in Computer Software Engineering and an EMBA in Integrative Management from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
