James Mitchell

James Mitchell is a seasoned technical support professional with extensive experience in library information systems. Since November 2007, James has served as a Senior Support Specialist at Ex Libris, providing expert-level technical support for the Voyager Integrated Library System (ILS) and collaborating with notable government organizations such as the National Agriculture Library and the National Library of Medicine. Prior to this role, James held positions as an Installation Engineer at EMNS Inc from 2000 to 2007 and as a System Engineer at Lucent Technologies from 1998 to 2001.
