Jonathan Klein has extensive legal experience. Jonathan began their career in 1992 as a Law Clerk for the Honorable Jerome Farris at the United States Courts for the Ninth Circuit. In 1993, they were an Appellate Attorney for the Environment & Natural Resources Division at the U.S. Department of Justice. From 1998 to 2017, they held various roles at MicroStrategy, including President & Chief Legal Officer, Executive Vice President, Law & General Counsel, and Vice President, Law & General Counsel. Since 2017, they have been the Founder & CEO of Ex Parte.
Jonathan Klein attended Amherst College from 1985 to 1989, graduating with a B.A. in Economics. Jonathan then attended Harvard Law School from 1989 to 1992, earning their J.D. in Law.
