Lisa Carolan

Lisa Carolan has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Lisa started their career at EDS Group as a Systems Engineer, where they designed and developed mobile data terminal applications and managed various systems for over 1,500 users. Lisa then joined Catapult Systems as a Senior Consultant, contributing to various projects until 2006. In 2005, Lisa became the VP of Operations at EX Squared Solutions, a digital transformation consultancy. During their tenure, they oversaw P&L, team development, and sales & marketing. Lisa played a key role in creating marketing technology solutions for clients using Adobe Creative Cloud, JIRA, Confluence, Sitecore WCM, MS SQL Server, and other tools. In 2016, Lisa joined Moja Tu as a Board Member, a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing education to children in need through sponsorship programs.

Lisa Carolan has a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Management Information Systems and Services from the University of Iowa. Lisa also has a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Russian Language and Literature from the same university. In addition, Lisa Carolan is a Certified Scrum Product Owner® (CSPO®) obtained in August 2017 from the Scrum Alliance.
