Doug Karaska

Doug Karaska has extensive work experience in the field of project management and product development. Doug began their career at Synergy Fiber in 2013, where they served as a Field Specialist. In this role, they successfully transformed the company's network into a fully redundant A and B network ring, ensuring the efficient delivery of services to clients.

In 2015, Doug was promoted to the position of Product Manager, where they were responsible for identifying solutions for introducing access control into heavy machinery for safety purposes. Doug successfully developed an access control interface that met the client's needs and presented recommendations for bringing new technology to the company.
