Daniel Luján Gallegos

Daniel Luján Gallegos has a diverse work experience in IT management and customer service. Daniel started their career in 2010 as a Team Lead at TeleTech and then worked as a Customer Service Representative at Convergys from 2011 to 2012. In 2012, they joined B-Solutions as an Encargado de Soporte técnico, where they worked until 2015. In the same year, they took on IT management roles at EX2 Outcoding and EX Squared Solutions, where they are currently working.

Daniel Luján Gallegos has a diverse education history in the field of information technology. In 2021, they attended Universidad Cenfotec, where they obtained a certification in ISO 27001: Foundation 2013, specializing in cybersecurity and systems security. Prior to that, from 2006 to 2016, Daniel pursued a Bachelor's degree in Informatics Engineering at Universidad Hispanoamericana (CR), with a focus on information technology. During the same period, they also completed another Bachelor's degree in Computer Science at the same institution. Additionally, in March 2022, they obtained the Lead Cybersecurity Professional Certificate (LCSPC) from CertiProf.
