Ericka Garcia Barboza is an experienced project manager with a strong background in strategic partnerships, marketing services, and business planning across various industries. Currently serving as Project Manager Director at Outcoding since July 2022, Ericka coordinates teams to ensure high-standard project completion using agile methodologies. Previously, Ericka held roles such as LATAM Partner Manager at Gosocket Corporation, where the focus was on managing strategic partner relationships, and LATAM Marketing Services/Channel Project Manager at N3, which involved implementing marketing programs through Microsoft partners. Ericka has also held positions at Marketing PMO Inc., HP Exstream, Microsoft, and Sasso & Soto S.A., gaining expertise in project management, marketing strategy, and procurement. Ericka holds a Licenciatura en Ingenieria Industrial and a Bachillerato en Ingenieria Industrial from Universidad Internacional de las Américas.
