Kevin Phillips

Kevin Phillips has an extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Kevin started their career as a Research Specialist at Directions in Research in 2006. Kevin then worked as an Imports IT Project at Veinsa Motors, where they established requirements for software automation and served as a liaison between IT developers and stakeholders.

In 2016, Kevin joined AGE Trading Co. as a Business Analyst, responsible for analyzing business processes and identifying improvements. Kevin then moved on to Alimentos y Bebidas Regionales S.A., where they served as the Chief of Operations, overseeing the company's operations department and managing fleet, warehousing, routing, and supplier catering. Kevin was also a member of the workplace health committee.

Kevin joined Equifax in 2018 as the Data Governance Project Manager for Central America & Mexico. Kevin led the Data Governance project's objectives and developed processes, guidelines, and policies to ensure compliance. Kevin analyzed and classified data and determined where and how it should be stored.

In 2019, Kevin joined zenziya as a Business Analyst, where they continued to leverage their analytical skills to support business operations. Kevin then worked as a Business Analyst at Razorvision Consulting and is currently working at EX2 Outcoding as a Senior Business Analyst.

Kevin Phillips obtained a Licenciatura in Industrial Engineering from Universidad de Costa Rica UCR in 2006. Prior to that, they completed their Educacion media at Centro Educativo Jorge Debravo in Turrialba, Costa Rica in 2005. Kevin'sprimary education was at George Palmer Primary in Reading, England, where they completed their Educacion Escolar in 2001. Kevin also has several additional certifications, including being a Certified Business Analysis Professional™ from IIBA since March 2023, a Decisions (BPM) Associate Developer from Decisions.com since November 2020, a Decisions (BPM) Fundamental Developer from Decisions.com since September 2020, and an Intro to SQL for Data Science certification from DataCamp in June 2019. Kevin also holds a Six Sigma Yellow Belt from Equifax since February 2019, an Excel - Advanced certification from M&M Mercadotecnia since November 2016, and a Scrum Fundamentals Certified (SFC) from SCRUMstudy - Accreditation Body for Scrum and Agile since January 2019.
