Randy Gonzalez

Randy Gonzalez has extensive work experience in software engineering and development. Randy started their career at Sercom systems in 2006, where they worked as a Software Engineer until 2007. Randy then joined Innovatechnology in 2007 as a Software Engineer, where they were involved in maintaining and developing a web application for controlling academic degrees. After that, Randy worked as a Software Engineer at Costa Rica Vacations in 2008, where they maintained and developed a web application for displaying vacation packages to customers. In 2009, they joined Hewlett-Packard as a Technical Consultant and was responsible for maintaining and developing a web application to support hardware refreshment for General Electric. In 2011, Randy joined EX2 Outcoding as a Full Stack Developer and Dev Manager. Randy led and managed a development team working on financial projects. Randy also served as an Integration Engineer Specialist, providing solutions for integrations and interfacing between systems and ERP vendors. Additionally, Randy served as a Team Lead and Project Owner, leading the full development cycle of an application for controlling the schedule and paysheet of security guards. Randy used various technologies such as Visual Studio, SQL Server, AngularJS, and NodeJS. Randy continued to work at EX2 Outcoding until at least 2018, providing support to web applications and developing new functionalities. Overall, Randy Gonzalez has a strong background in software development and project management.

Randy Gonzalez's education history includes several degrees and certifications. Randy completed a Technician program in Industrial Electronics Technology/Technician at Centro Nacional de Capacitaciones from 2015 to 2016. Randy also earned a Master's Degree in Administracion de recursos informaticos from Universidad Latina de Costa Rica, studying from 2010 to 2013. Prior to that, Randy pursued a bachelor's degree in Computer engineering at Tecnológico de Costa Rica from 2001 to 2008. Additionally, they started a bachelor's degree in Engineering in industrial production at Tecnológico de Costa Rica from 1998 to 2001, but did not complete it.

In terms of certifications, Randy obtained a certificate in Learning React.js from LinkedIn in November 2020. Randy also received a certification in Gestión de Riesgos en Proyectos de Desarrollo from the Inter-American Development Bank in May 2019.
