Rodrigo Ramos has a diverse work experience in the field of software engineering. Rodrigo is currently working as a Senior Software Engineer at Outcoding since December 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Dell Technologies from May 2021 to December 2022, where they held the roles of Technical Lead and Software Engineer. In their role as a Technical Lead, Rodrigo was responsible for conducting technical interviews, gathering requirements from the business team, and breaking them down into stories for their squad. Rodrigo also delegated tasks and conducted pair programming sessions with junior members. As a Software Engineer at Dell, they primarily focused on backend development and was responsible for managing incidents, production support, and on-call duties during deploys.
Rodrigo's previous work experience includes their tenure at HP from July 2018 to April 2021 as a Software Engineer. During this time, they worked on developing voice solutions for home printing and was involved in creating the HP Printer Skill for Alexa and the HP Printer Action for the Google Assistant. Rodrigo also contributed to the development of the HP Smart Portal.

Rodrigo's career began as a Testing Engineering Intern at Dell from April 2015 to March 2017. During this internship, they developed a tool for internal testing using Selenium and was responsible for maintaining test scripts, creating test cases, and documentation.
Additionally, Rodrigo had internships at Accenture as a Java Developer Intern from April 2014 to April 2015 and at VHLab as a C Developer Intern from April 2013 to April 2014. At VHLab, they worked on the development of a Crowd Simulator project, which received recognition for winning the Santender's prize of science and innovation in 2013. The project involved testing in various scenarios, including the Olympic stage João Havelange and the nightclub Santa Monica.
Rodrigo Ramos attended Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio Grande do Sul from 2012 to 2019, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Information Systems.
