Luuk Sengers

Luuk Sengers is the Chief Strategy Officer and Co-Founder of EX3, where they lead strategic initiatives. They previously held various roles including IT Consultant at a Global Insurance and Investment Management organization and SuccessFactors Implementation Consultant at a Global Bank, focusing on performance management and talent management solutions. Luuk has also served as a Senior Consultant at Capgemini Invent and as a SuccessFactors Solution Architect at KPMG UK, among other positions. They obtained a Master’s Degree in Human Resource Management from Tilburg University, which complements their extensive expertise in HR technology and implementation.
