Stephen Prior is currently serving as the UKI Solution Lead at EX3 since August 2025. Prior to this role, Stephen held several positions at Rizing from October 2024 to July 2025, including Principal Consultant and Senior SuccessFactors Consultant. Stephen also worked as a SuccessFactors Consultant at NGA Human Resources from September 2011 to August 2015. Stephen completed studies at Loughborough University in 2011.
