Vishal Vikram is an experienced executive leader specializing in service delivery within the pharmaceutical, life sciences, and IT sectors. Currently serving as the Executive Leader for Service Delivery at Exa Data Solutions Inc since December 2019, Vishal manages North America’s service delivery, procurement, and sourcing initiatives while overseeing company operations. Previously, Vishal held the position of VP of Service Delivery at Apolis, leading large teams and driving significant revenue growth through workforce transformation and client relationship management. With a strong background in service delivery across multiple companies, including US Tech Solutions and eTeam, Vishal has successfully managed extensive client portfolios and global recruiting teams, enhancing operational efficiency and profitability.
