Suresh Kumar M has extensive work experience in the field of technical support and engineering. Suresh is currently employed at Exabeam as a Technical Lead / Senior Escalation Engineer. Prior to this, they worked at Netskope as a Support Escalation Engineer, where they were responsible for conducting training sessions and providing technical assistance to customers. Suresh also spent a significant amount of time at Juniper Networks as a Member of Technical Staff and at Cable & Wireless as a Consultant. Earlier in their career, they worked at HCL Infosystems Ltd as a Customer engineer. Suresh has a strong background in troubleshooting and customer support.
