Tim Tsang, CISSP, currently serves as a Senior Manager of Technical Support at Exabeam since October 2022. Before this role, Tim held various positions at RSA Security from June 2008 to October 2022, including Manager of Enterprise Technical Support and Senior Principal Support Engineer, specializing as a global subject matter expert and trainer. Tim holds a Bachelor of Engineering with First Class Honors in Telecommunications Engineering from UNSW, completed in 2003.
