Aušra Bubulė

Aušra Bubulė has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Aušra currently works at Exacaster as a Product Manager, starting in March 2023.

Prior to this role, they were a Product Owner at Exacaster from April 2020 to December 2020. In this position, they were responsible for driving the development of the Customer Journey product, managing custom product development projects, and building the team.

Before Exacaster, Aušra worked as a Customer Success Manager at NFQ from October 2019 to March 2020. In this role, they defined the vision and goals for customer experience improvement and built a roadmap for implementation.

From 2016 to 2019, they were an (IT) Products Manager at Kesko Senukai Digital, where they managed UI/UX projects and drove the development of various websites.

Aušra also gained experience as an IT analyst-consultant at RETAL from January 2014 to July 2016. Additionally, they were a CRM projects team manager at Artogama from March 2012 to February 2013.

Their earliest work experience was at First Data Corporation, where they held multiple roles. Aušra was a PIN Generation Group Analyst from October 2011 to March 2012, a Non-banking Product Group Manager from July 2009 to October 2011, and a Data Processing Analyst from June 2007 to July 2009.

Aušra Bubulė has a diverse educational background. Aušra obtained a Bachelor's degree in Information Systems Technology from Vilnius Gediminas Technical University, specializing in E-business systems. Aušra pursued further education and completed their Master's degree in International Project Management at the International Business School at Vilnius University.

In addition to their formal education, Aušra has also obtained several certifications. Aušra has a certification in Product Management from Produkto akademija - TheFrontiers, acquired in November 2018, and a certification in PO ≠ PM from UX Akademija, obtained in May 2018. Aušra has also completed Basic UX courses at UX Akademija in October 2016. Aušra has further enhanced their skills with a certification in Application of project management tools from CRC Consulting (Lithuania) in September 2015.

Aušra has also pursued personal development through various certifications. Aušra obtained a certification in Personal leadership in the process of performance from Sėkmės laboratorija in October 2014. Additionally, they have a certification in Fundamentals of Accounting from ALISON in February 2012, and a certification in Microsoft Excel 2007: Advanced computing and analysis capabilities from IT ProTraining in March 2011.

Aušra has also demonstrated their language proficiency by obtaining a certificate of Turkish language level A1 from "Balturka" Culture Academy in March 2010. Lastly, they completed the Oracle University Course "Oracle Database 10g: Introduction to SQL (SQL 10g)" provided by "Affecto Lietuva" in May 2008.
