At Exact Comms Ltd., we’re all about making facility management smarter and more efficient. Headquartered in Newry, UK, we’ve developed a contactless system that takes the hassle out of managing staff and resources, especially in sectors like facility management, security, cleaning, retail, commercial property, healthcare, education, industrial, and construction.

Our Contactless Proof of Presence System is simple to use: it uses Bluetooth tags that staff wear, which automatically communicate with small beacons (non Wi-Fi dependant & Battery power meaning they can be placed literally anywhere) placed around your facility. This system keeps track of staff movements and resource usage without anyone needing to manually check in or scan anything. The data is sent to a dashboard where you can see everything in real-time, reducing errors, cutting costs, and making sure everything is up to standard with automatic alerts sent to management when standards drop or staff fail to arrive at work on time.

We’re not just about technology; we’re about partnerships. We work closely with our clients to understand their unique needs and tailor our solutions to fit perfectly. Our core values—Monitor, Improve, Trust—are at the heart of what we do.
We offer continuous support and training to ensure you get the most out of our system.
