Ted Timar

Ted Timar has worked in the software and architecture industry since 1992. Ted began their career at Empress Software as a Programmer. In 1994, they joined ISG Technologies as a Lead Architect and Architect Genie/Harp/Silhouette. In 1999, they became Assistant VP Engineering at Weblink Medical (now Link Medical). In 2000, they worked as a Contractor at Cedara Software (now part of IBM Watson Health) and as an Architect at Morphometrix / Veracel. In 2001, they worked at Voxar Ltd (now part of Toshiba) as a Business Development Manager / Development Manager / Senior Technical Lead. In 2004, they became a Product Manager at Merge Healthcare (now part of IBM Watson Health). In 2007, they moved to Medipattern as a Project Manager/Senior Software Engineer. Finally, in 2021, they joined Exact Imaging as a Manager, Software and Architecture.

Ted Timar completed their Bachelor of Applied Science in Computer Engineering at the University of Waterloo from 1986 to 1991. Ted also attended Northern Collegiate in Sarnia.
