Alexandra Gorman

Alexandra Gorman currently serves as Vice President and Lead Litigation Counsel at Exact Sciences, a position held since July 2023. Prior to this role, Alexandra spent nearly 18 years at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP, where the title held was Counsel. Alexandra earned a Juris Doctor from Boston University School of Law between 2002 and 2005, and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Pennsylvania, obtained from 1996 to 2000. Alexandra's foundational education was completed at Boston Latin School, where graduation occurred in 1996.
