Andy K. is a seasoned design professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various companies. Currently serving as Associate Director of Experience Design at Exact Sciences since May 2023, Andy previously held positions including Senior Manager, Experience Design, and Brand Director at Free Association. As Co-Owner and Design Director at Hearth & Hammer since January 2014, responsibilities include branding, packaging, and customer experience. Additional experience encompasses Design Director roles at Rightpoint and Wunderman Thompson, Associate Creative Director at PwC, and Art Director at Critical Mass, among others. Andy holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Design and Visual Communications from Northern Illinois University, complemented by a foundation in General Studies from Waubonsee Community College.
