Brian Golden

Brian Golden is a seasoned professional in continuous improvement and operations management, currently serving as Sr. Principal Continuous Improvement at Exact Sciences since November 2025. Previously, Brian held multiple leadership roles at TruStage from March 2011 to November 2025, including Director of Operations and Director of Intelligent Process Automation, where responsibilities included managing enterprise services teams and leading automation initiatives to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency. Brian also established the BPM Competency Center, developed the Lean Academy, and mentored Lean and Six Sigma candidates throughout a robust career that began at Naviant Group LLC and included a consulting role at Aveus. Brian holds a Bachelor's degree in Operations Management and Marketing Management from the University of St. Thomas.
