Carly Conway

Carly Conway has extensive experience in intellectual property law, currently serving as Associate General Counsel for Intellectual Property Litigation & Licensing at Exact Sciences from January 2022 to February 2025. Previously, Carly held multiple roles at Exact Sciences, including Associate General Counsel for Intellectual Property and Litigation, and Senior Intellectual Property Counsel. Prior to this, experience includes working as an IP Litigation Attorney at Quarles & Brady LLP from September 2015 to September 2019, where responsibilities encompassed representing clients in all phases of patent litigation, notably achieving a successful jury verdict for a large consumer product distributor. Earlier experience also includes time as an Associate at Venable LLP and a legal intern at the Department of Health and Human Services. Carly holds a Doctor of Law (JD) from Harvard Law School and a Bachelor of Science and Bachelor of Arts in Biology and English from Washington and Lee University.
